(Tape recording found in the office of well known psychologist.)
"Begin recording session A3-47-12. Subject-"Mary." Real name witheld.
Before recording started subject was complaining of 'voices' in her head and jaw aches."
"What is your name?"
(Strange grumblings are heard.)
"Do you know your name?"
(Silence.)
"Do you know where you are?"
(More grumblings.) "No."
"Good...you answered. Now... Can you tell me what's wrong?"
(More grumblings and a soft 'screaming' noise.)
"Please answer the question."
"I... I hear voices. M-my jaw hurts. All... the screaming..."
(The psychologist scribbles on a clipboard before continuing.)
"What do the voices say to you?"
(More grumbling and slight screaming.)
"Subject has now started to twitch... Please answer the question, miss."
(Subject's muttering and screaming is getting louder.)
"Miss...are you alright?"
(A moment of silence before an ear-splitting scream is heard. The psychologist tries his best to continue the session.)
"Subjects jaw has split all the way to her ears! Her mouth has opened to three times the normal size! The sound is... Absolutely horrifying!"
(The door is broken down and the screaming stops after a few seconds. The psychologist continues after a few minutes.)
"Subject... Subject has been sedated."
(Heavy panting is heard.)
"Dear lord... What happened to her?"
(end of recording)
One of the only known renderings of a screamer...
