-Childhood.
Living in the ghettos of Chicago, Ikenna tried her best to stay out of trouble. Since she was an only child and her mother was always forgot about her and often locked her out of the house she's always seen alone. She often went to the nearest junk yard and tried to build something to pass her time.
-Family
Well… all she knows is that they are either dead or their zombies. So it doesn't really matter
Best Friends: The people in her old squad in the military.
Worst Enemies: She doesn't really have worst enemies but she will become someone's worst enemy if you really piss her off.
-Schooling.
All the way to High school and didn't even bother with college. Instead she enlisted in the military and became one of the base's best engineer.
-Life Experience.
Ikenna has always been able to make things out of nothing at a young age. She had never really had a job before going to the military.
Nobody had really been her role model as a child, and the role model she had was her Commander that died at base when it had been attacked by a horde of zombies.
Who had the most personal direct influence on your life? Probably her Commander in her squadron, who always had gave her confidence and support.
Describe any personal tragedy. 0 EDA, Day 1. The attack on the San Dieago Military base, where Ikenna had lost everyone in her squadron including her Commander.
-Occupational.
What was Ikenna's greatest failure? When she was trying to build a robot that had a bomb with it for a special mission, and the timer had went off in the garage blowing debris everywhere injuring a lot of people and giving her the scar along her arm.
What was Ikenna's greatest triumph? Repairing a car that hadn't been used in a loooong time most of it had been rusted out. She had it purring in no time (3 weeks)
How did she get along with others in the same occupation? Yes she got along with most of the other people on base she only had a few problems with some of the females there that hadn't been on her squadron.
-Travel.
Doesn't get motion sickness in the slightest way.
Loves riding motorcycles, and in fighter jets.
Any fears about traveling? Nope none at all.
-Lone Ranger
(In the P.o.V. of Ikenna)
I had been working on another bomb project in the base garage. It was a late night when I heard the alarms sound. I thought it was a drill at first, but then I heard gun shots and screaming, and knew something was wrong. I had been the only one in the garage at that time so I grabbed the closest gun, a pump-action shot gun. I waited by the door ready for anything that came through that door, except for what just walked though. It was slumped over and moaning. Every step it took it made almost like a high pitched whimpering sound. It walked haphazardly into the garage. Blood was dripping off its fingertips and looked like it went through a maelstrom of debris, and survived. They defiantly need help. That's all I thought I didn't even think of any of the dangers that could have been going on I forgot my training at that moment, and went to help them. "Hey do you need some help?" I reached out to them, and jumped when it snapped it head in my direction. It stared at me, and at that moment I knew that whoever that...Thing was, is gone, and had been replaced by something abnormal. Its face had been messed up, the corner of its mouth ended at it ears, making its mouth bigger than normal. As it stared at me, it began this high pitched growling. When I took a step back it started screaming. I wouldn't know how to explain it other than it being something horrible, and ear splitting. I covered my ears until I couldn't take it anymore and shot at its head. When it finally stopped I relaxed a little bit, but not for long. Down the hallway I could hear more growling and moaning, and it sounded like a stampede coming my way. I turned around, picked up my wench and climbed a latter to get more space between me and the door. I took aim and waited for the horde. Sweat began dripping down my temple as I heard the noises get louder, then out of nowhere a bomb went off and I no longer heard the moaning or screaming. Smoke started rolling into the garage, that's when I decide to leave. I dropped my wrench down the latter I just came up in and strapped the gun across my shoulder, as I slid myself down wasting no time, I picked up my wrench and began my way out, when Commander Ryan came out of the door, along with four others in my squadron.
"Ikenna? You’re alive, good. We have to go to the air hanger and take helicopters to get out of here."
"What da hell is going on? What was tha' thin'?" I had no idea how to handle this situation. My training had never covered this shit.
"Calm down, we don't know. Just those things began attacking the base, killing our men, even changing the ones who were still alive just injured." Commander Ryan replied in a calm manner. "Right now all we can do is get the hell out of here, and stay alive." I only nodded not knowing what else to say. We eventually made it to the hanger and began boarding the closest undamaged helicopter. "I'll go open the hanger doors I'll be right back, whatever happens everybody stay in the copter." He gave everyone a smile as he left to go to the control panel. Shawn started up the helicopter while Marissa was trying to get someone to respond on the radio. Dylan, James and I sat with both doors open ready for any of those things to come out. Commander Ryan reached the control panel with no problem and opened the door. What we didn’t know was that those monsters had been waiting outside waiting for the flood gate to open. They all charged in trying to get inside.
“Go! Now!” Commander Ryan began shooting at the mob. Shawn began lifting the helicopter in the air. I almost wanted to jump out and help him.
“NO!” James kept me back afraid that I would try and jump out, and Dylan was trying to shoot at the ones that were trying to climb in. James finally let me go when we flew out of the hanger, and the both of us closed the doors.
“Hey are you ok?” James asked while giving a gentle squeeze on my shoulder.
"Yeah I will be. I hope..." The last part ending in a whisper. I stared out of the window looking down at the chaotic and destroyed town when all of a sudden a three clawed hand hooked onto the window where I was looking. I jumped back turning to Dylan and James only to see the same thing happen but not as lucky. Dylan's head was leaned up against the window with blood dripping down in-between the glass and his head. His eyes were still open but there was no life in them. Marissa screamed as more claws hook on to the vehicle. Whatever was on the other end of these claws where strong. I could feel the strain it put on the helicopter as it began fish tailing back and forth. I grabbed onto something towards the middle and shouted to the others. “Grab onto something we’re going down.” And just like I said we plummeted to the ground. I must have blacked out for a second cause I don’t remember the fall, but the front had been smashed in killing both Marissa and Shawn. Blood seeped out of the front trying to find and escape. I looked for James through the debris of the remaining helicopter, but to no avail. I then checked myself over only finding non-life threatening injuries and started looking for my weapons. I found my wrench stuck in one of the walls but with a little wiggle it came lose. After hopping out of the helicopter I could see James lying on the ground in pain. He must have fallen out right before we crashed because on the blades pinned him through the stomach. I ran over to him to see if he was alive, but death had already taken him. I needed to get out of there so I scrimmaged around the debris to find more weapons. I only was able to find my gun before I was forced to leave. I could hear them coming…
Mission: Even though the zombies took the only thing she could call family, she's not seeking revenge, but just to survive in this new world.
