Harpies are birds of prey. Literally. The webbing between the infected's finges has extended to almost the tips. The individual's arms have split down the middle with the skin has become more elastic but strong...giving the Harpie the ability of flight. The feet have also fused together and the bones have extended, forming a sort of talon.
Harpies are notorious for roosting on semi tall buildings. They may not be fast, but they aren't slow either. Once a Harpie has a victim, it will quickly gain altitude and carry its victim off to be feasted upon. Survivors are lucky for the fact that Harpies can only take one target at a time.
